Service Policy
Please know that in certain situations your desired hair goals may take multiple appointments to achieve. Your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not completely satisfied with your results please CALL the salon. The Aella team will be happy to make any small adjustments within two weeks or less of your appointment time. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICES.
Cancellation Policy
When reserving an appointment we will require to hold all appointments with a credit or debit card. If a guest no call no show or cancels within 24 hours we will charge the card on file accordingly. First time late cancellations, you will be charged half of your original service fee. Any time after that you will be charged the full-service amount. All no call no shows are the full-service amount.
