We offer a variety of services! Haircuts, custom colors, blowouts, updos, makeup, manicures and pedicures, massage, facials, facial & body waxing, lash and brow services, permanent jewelry, and spray tans! Find more information under our services page!
How long do I have to cancel my appointment?
We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are required for online booking!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay!
What’s your return policy?
ALL sales are final after 15 days. We do not offer refunds for services. Farmhouse Fresh, GLO skincare, Circadia, BareMinerals and Buxom makeup products are NOT eligible for returns. Ask an Aella girl about our complimentary color match and take-home samples to ensure the quality of your purchase!
What is the level system?
The level pricing/system is based upon the continued education, experience and productivity of our stylists. Each stylist must meet very strict criteria in order to progress to a new level.
Do I have to see the same service provider everytime?
Not at all! We are one big team at Aella, and you can switch around who you are seeing at any point!
Do I have to call to reserve an appointment?
While we do accept walk-ins, we recommend that you call, text, message us on Facebook or Instagram, or book online due to limited spots!
Do you offer prom/special occasion updos and makeup services?
Yes we do! Please call for pricing information.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased in-salon or online!
What product lines do you carry?
Redken, Pureology, Mizani & L’Oréal.
Do you offer perms?
We do not offer perms.
Am I able to bring my children to my appointment?
